This is a great opportunity for our Associate Members to showcase their products and connect directly with mine operators and industry professionals. With dedicated time built into the event for networking, exhibitors will enjoy valuable face-to-face engagement with both new and existing customers.

 

Exhibit space in the main conference room will be prioritized for members and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows. To maximize your chances of securing a booth in the main conference area, we encourage you to become a member and register early. Each exhibitor booth includes one 8-foot table.

 

Exhibitors are welcome to bring pop-up banners, product displays, branded materials, and company swag to help make their booth stand out. In past years, these additions have helped draw in attendees and spark meaningful conversations.
